What happens after you reach out

We will get back to you to set up a time to see the property. At the estimate we walk the lawn and look at the grass type, soil, shade and slope, then give you a straight price and a recommended schedule. Estimates are free, and there is no pressure to sign up for more than you need.

It helps to include your address, the service you are interested in, and anything we should know, such as a gate code, pets, an HOA rule, or a deadline like a home sale or a family event.

We work for homeowners, landlords who need rental yards kept up between tenants, and small businesses and churches. If you have property in more than one of the towns we serve, we can put everything on one route.

How pricing works

Mowing is priced per visit based on lawn size, slope and trimming, and the price stays the same from visit to visit. Weed control and lawn treatments are a seasonal program priced per application by square footage. Mulching, cleanups, and aeration and seeding are priced per job. Lawn restoration is quoted as a plan after we assess the lawn.

When to book

Some work has a window, so it pays to call ahead. Pre-emergent weed control needs to go down in February or March, before crabgrass sprouts. Mowing schedules fill up as fescue starts growing fast in April. Aeration and overseeding happens from mid September through October, and fall leaf cleanups run from October into December. If you want to be on the list for any of these, get in touch a few weeks before the season starts.
